Returns Policy - It is the purchasers obligation to ensure the goods are returned to Divine Equestrian, and we suggest that they are fully insured, as this will cover you if the goods are lost in the post. Divine Equestrian will not refund postage of returned goods, unless they are found to be faulty, and in which case we will refund postage.

Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective material or poor workmanship should be returned for our inspection immediately, and if necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing. In these cases 28 days must be allowed for the manufacturer to comment and get back to ourselves. At this point the manufacturer may rectify the goods if they have been already used, or may replace. Under no circumstances should items be continued to be used when damaged, as you would have been deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for justified claims.

Any goods which do not meet with your expectations or you have simply changed your mind must be returned to us within 14 days if purchased through our website or 14 working days if purchased through our physical shop. Items must have proof of receipt i.e your order delivery note & number, be in an unused, undamaged and unsoiled condition with the original tags. The only time this will not be possible is if it is a customised product such as boots or a made to measure jackets or riding hats.

If you do want to exchange or refund the item, please ensure it is sent back to us within the 14 working days online or 14 working days through our shop. If a refund is required a full refund will be given less any external charges incurred which will be the original postage fee.

Please note our stock is mostly sold in limited collections, so for exchanges you must contact us as soon as possible to allow us to be able to have goods in which to exchange.

Customised products and special “non stock” items that are specifically ordered are non-returnable. This is also the case with Riding Hats.

In every case of return, returns must be clearly marked on parcel and on customs documentation if declaration is required. Failure to comply with the above returns guidelines may result in you incurring customs and carrier handling charges on entry to the UK, if returning goods from overseas. Any costs incurred by Divine Equestrian will be deducted from the refund.

If you would like to exchange or replace the products, please put in a note with the returned parcel, specifying whether you would like a refund, or that you would like the goods replaced with a different colour or size. You will have to pay the our additional shipping costs to resend the parcel to you.

Sale items cannot be refunded, but a credit note will be raised. Your statutory rights will not be affected.

 

Please note Items sent back to us not within time frame we reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee.
