Standard Shipping 2/4 working days - £5.50 

Please note Scottish highlands can be a 2 day service.

Free standard shipping for orders over £100

Current Shipping Price for our next working day service is £8.50

Saturday delivery £12.50

We currently use Royal Mail & DPD.

Very Occasionally being in a rural area we do experience the odd collection problem with our couriers, sadly couriers too have issues. But normally the delay is no more than 24hrs & we will inform you of this delay. We reserve the right to not refund postage if the delay is only a delay of 24hrs or this happens on a Friday & collection resumes the following working day. These circumstances are out of our controls & rarely happen.

PLEASE NOTE orders placed after 2pm Mon / Thursday will not be able to be sent out same day.

However this can vary and mainly relies on our DPD drivers sticking to our daily collection times.

Orders placed after 2pm Fridays will not be shipped until the following working day.

 

Outside the UK Postage Rates

We have a fairly comprehensive international shipping already available to most countries however if on checkout you cannot find your shipping rate please contact us asap.

 

 

Postage FAQ's

My order has not arrived yet?

Please allow up to 7 working days- but if you are at all worried, please email us at sales@divineequestrian.co.uk or call us 01785 859535. Your tracking code will be given once your order is fulfilled.

We never send orders out without tracking numbers our courier is DPD local.

 

Do you deliver to work addresses?

Yes we do indeed.

Will I need to sign for the delivery and what happens if there's nobody in?

All our parcels will require a signature, all our couriers will text or email you on the day of your delivery, at this point you can make any changes necessary to your delivery.

Please note that items that are not signed for are not insured & we will not refund in these cases.

What happens to delivery times on Bank Holidays?

No delivery's will be delivered on Bank Holidays or Sundays please bear this in mind when ordering if items are needed urgently

Can I collect from a store?

We do require prior notice for collections, failure to notify us will result in the order being held until we have contacted you.

Yes, you can collect direct from us our opening hours are -

Tues - 10am - 5pm 

Wed - 10am - 5pm

Thurs - 10am - 5pm

Fri - 10am - 5pm

Sat - 11am - 4pm

Sun - Closed

Monday - Closed
